An Engineer by profession, he has devoted over 25 years to the field of vocational education and skill development. He brings a rich experience of working at the grass root level in all geographical areas of India. In fee- based vocational courses, he was instrumental in establishing 500+ centres of various brands in computer hardware and networking, accounts, finance, and communicative English development across the Indian terrain. The changing landscape of education and careers in India led him to taking a keen interest in the very fundamental process of learning. It’s then, that the idea of Welmont was born.

Born in an environment where a love for education came naturally, the new gen entrepreneur wants to make a difference. After pursuing her Economics (Hons) from Miranda House, Delhi University and MBA from IIM Indore; she is determined to make an impact in early childhood education. Her goal is to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow and develop a love for learning.
